Thanks, Kevin. What you describe is exactly how I generally gain access--but I've no experience doing so with Google slide-decks, just their Docs files. I do not see a "Download" option in the File menu, though it has other typical options. However, Jeanne has graciously forwarded an RTF, so I'm good for this instance, if not the general use case.
