The reason you cannot copy and paste is because the feature is turned 
off on all W3C Zoom calls. This was voted on by the Advisory Committee 
who wanted to be able to talk "off the record" and not have their 
statements quoted from the transcript.  It is not a Zoom problem.  I can 
copy/paste from transcripts in other non-W3C Zoom calls.

This was a decision made in the very early days of having the transcript 
feature.  I think we should discuss reaching out to AC reps to 
re-examine that decision now that we have experience using the transcripts.
