<agendabot> kevin, sorry, I did not recognize any agenda in

   0013.html

     [12] https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wai-cc/2023Jul/0013.html

   <kevin> clear agenda

   <kevin> present?

   <scribe> scribe: jamesn

How would everyone like scribes to be selected?

Transition update

kevin: update in terms of Michael leaving - has now left. left
us with 5 videos which is a reflection of his brain. Missing
   transcription
   ... will do that
... will help us and the new person when they come on board
... the team will support each other. Will also help the team
   building out knowledge

   <shawn>
   [13]https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wai-cc/2023Jul/
   0014.html

     [13] https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-wai-cc/2023Jul/0014.html

kevin: wil have named points of contact as in above mail
... will also have additional support from Phillipe
   ... Shawn Steering Council

   (no questions)

Meeting cadence and agenda

kevin: thinking about how we use this meeting - and timing of
   it
... hoping to explore over the next few weeks
... will send out a mail and can circle back in coming meetings

Infoshare and coordination checks

   zakim close this item

   ming_Publications

     [14] https://www.w3.org/WAI/cc/wiki/WAI_Announcement_Drafts#Upcoming_Publications

Publication checks

kevin: AG chairs not here - publications around that

   maryjom_: WCAG2ICT is getting ready
... AG chairs will be sending out a CFC - 5 day CFC then
director approval and commns then can go out
   ... 15 Aug likely

kevin: Daniel has been looking into the process
... need to talk with shawn about ??? symposium report

shawn: publish the APG update tomorrow

AOB

kevin: to circle back the 2 leading items are how we go about
selecting scribes. would prefer a more fair approach. Can drop
an email - want to get agenda out on Fridays. Also how
frequently have these meetings and what we want to get out of
   them

GeorgeK: where are we with zoom transcription feature

matt: not much activity after the last few weeks
... don't know if there were any action items

George: zoom transcription needs to be edited to remove
   anything sensitive or inaccuracies

tzviya: AB is talking about things like AB workflow - will link
   to repository

Matt: scribes in advance presumes we know attendance in advance

   qv?

   jamesn: transcription is very verbose

matt: doing the editing is a chore

jamesn: can't copy/paste from transcription currently

george: i'm a bad note taker - mispellings etc. but I feel
guilty if i don't do it. Also get kicked off IRC

<Zakim> shawn, you wanted to say editing, summary, key points
in IRC and to say different situations

shawn: big things for AB is to be aware that different groups
   want different policies
   ... don't want a blanket policy
... editing a transcript. EO provided a summary. Something we
could do is - the transcript is a backup and in IRC just
capturing the key points. In IRC

jamesn: would be great to link back to the transcript

tzviya: there is software to do this
... notetaker or gong. AI tool to summarize it
... meeting summaries - the AB writes a summary after each
meeting and sends to AC. We do that but it takes time

<Zakim> janina, you wanted to ask about id href offsets from
   transcripts

janina: one of the nice things in IRC is that we get links into
   topics can also subtopic

   +1 to that
