agenda+ Collating calendar accessibility issues

Various people are reporting accessibility issues with the W3C calendar. 
I think we need to collate the various issues into one list, as a first 
step to figuring out how we should address them. I've started a page to 
collect this:

I'd like to use WAI-CC to collect these issues in the next couple weeks, 
then decide next steps.
