WAI-ARIA 1.2 updated Candidate Recommendation

Dear WAI Interest Group,

On 8 December 2021 the Accessible Rich Internet Applications Working 
Group published an updated Candidate Recommendation of Accessible Rich 
Internet Applications (WAI-ARIA) 1.2:

We request feedback by *4 February 2022*. This is an extension from the 
deadline in the document, to allow for reasonable review time. To share 
implementations or comment, please open a new issue in the w3c aria

The purpose of Candidate Recommendations (CR) is to gather 
implementation experience. The Working Group aims to complete the 
implementation report and advance to Proposed Recommendation (PR) in
