Dear WAI Interest Group, WAI is pleased to announce the redesigned ARIA Authoring Practices Guide (APG) https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg This new multi-page format is easier for many people to use than the previous single-page Note. WAI-ARIA is the Accessible Rich Internet Applications suite of web standards from the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI). It’s introduced in <https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/aria/> ARIA Authoring Practices Guide (APG) provides accessible design patterns, code examples, and guidance on how to correctly use ARIA semantics. Learn more from <https://www.w3.org/WAI/ARIA/apg/about/> The new ARIA APG uses a similar design as: * Cognitive Accessibility Guidance <https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG2/supplemental/about/> * WCAG 2 Test Rules <https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/about/> We are also reformatting the WCAG Techniques and Understanding WCAG documents (introduced in <https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/docs/>) into this design. We are continuing to refine these designs and update the content. We welcome your input. To submit feedback, you can use the links to GitHub or e-mail near the end of the page in the "Help improve this page" box.
