Updates In-Progress: WCAG 3.0 Working Draft

Dear WAI Interest Group,

Some updates are available to W3C Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 3.0 Working Draft at https://www.w3.org/TR/wcag-3.0/

*Many issues are still open, including testing and conformance.*

This update includes:
* Editorial fixes
* Extended Acknowledgements section
* Background and rationale moved from the introduction to a separate informative document: Explainer for W3C Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 3.0 https://w3c.github.io/silver/explainer/

We will continue processing comments from the previous draft and new comments on this draft. We hope to include more significant updates in the next Working Draft. In-progress updates to the document are available in the Editors' Draft at:
      https://w3c.github.io/silver/guidelines/

*For context, please start by reading the*
      *WCAG 3 Introduction*
      https://www.w3.org/WAI/wcag3
That is the main page for up-to-date WCAG 3 information. For now, it introduces how WCAG 3 is structured, the draft conformance model, and how it relates to WCAG 2.

To comment, please open a new issue in the Silver GitHub repository:
      https://github.com/w3c/silver/issues/new
Create separate GitHub issues for each topic, rather than commenting on multiple topics in a single issue.
If it’s not feasible for you to use GitHub, send comments in e-mail to:
      public-silver@w3.org

Here's the *short link to the starting page to share with others*:
