Further to the 8 August 2023 call for review [1], W3C is pleased to 
announce the approval of the updated 2023 Process Document, effective 
immediately.

The updated Process Document expands the W3C Technical Architecture 
Group (TAG) from six elected seats to eight elected seats.

The document was reviewed by the W3C Membership and concluded [2] with 
29 votes in support and 1 Formal Objection. The decision on the Formal 
Objection was delegated to the W3C CEO on 5 October. The CEO declared to 
overrule [3] the Formal Objection. No changes were made as a result of 
AC Review.
