No Process CG call tomorrow

All,

There will be no Process CG call tomorrow.

David, Florian, and Elika are busy going through their Process TODO list 
and expect to make progress today and tomorrow. I also have a btach of 
action items to do.

Next meeting will be October 13. We should expect to have an updated 
Editor's draft and a batch of pull requests to review by then.

In the meantime, feel free to contribute to issues on GitHub.
