Registries, Repositories, Tomatoes, Bananas

We toyed with the name Repositories for the concept everyone else calls Registries, since March. I don’t think it helps, so I edited <https://www.w3.org/wiki/Continuous_Publications> and the pages it links to, to use Registries. (Thanks to Elika for suggesting this.)
