We agreed today to hold a special call next week, as the March call is cancelled due to conflict with the AB meeting. Full Webex Information is on our Mail Archives <https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/internal-w3process/2018Jan/0000.html> (member only accessible, email me if this is a problem) IRC is #w3process Log of prior meeting at <https://www.w3.org/2018/02/14-w3process-minutes.html>. 1) Assign scribe, etc., 2) Any review needed of editorial cleanups done, pull requests executed, etc. [editor] 3) [Deferred from January] Review the outgoing editor’s status and pull requests <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pulls> (Chaals) 4) Identify priority issues for 2019, etc. from those open. Ideally we tag editorial issues and have the editor deal with them, and we tag our 2019 Candidates with the tag Process2019Candidate and an assignee. We’re doing non-editorial non-question open issues <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues?utf8=✓&q=is%3Aopen+-label%3A%22Editorial+improvements%22+-label%3Aquestion+-label%3AABProcess2019Candidate> We handled #120, resume this list at #130 5) Review assigned issues: <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/assigned/*> Dave: #17, #79 Natasha: #24, #28, #60, #117, #141, #155 Wendy: #67 Chaals: #83, #91 Ralph: #120 On #17, Jeff said Defer #17 (CGs) until we figure out #79 (LS); we agreed it’s for Process2019, and we agreed we need a pointer to the CG/BG processes in the document, and that they fall under the general provisions of the process (e.g. that the Director can dismiss). #79 is “Living Standards” and active at the AB; see <https://www.w3.org/wiki/AB/2018_Priorities#Living_Standards> and the two discussion pages linked therefrom. 6) Assign people to Issues that are 2019 Candidates but have no assignee: <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues?q=is%3Aopen+label%3AProcess2019Candidate+no%3Aassignee> (only one right now, #157, should we say something about testing?) 7) Next meeting. Mar 14th overlaps the AB meeting in China, we need to re-schedule. I can’t go one week earlier, how about Feb 28th? 8) Any other business. David Singer Manager, Software Standards, Apple Inc.
