As a reminder (my email to you on 13 December), Mike, David, Chaals, and 
I will be at an AB in Hawaii.  As this meeting will be at 6AM Hawaii 
time, I'm not sure what participation you will get.

I don't really understand this question.  I sent several emails in 
September objecting to the breadth of the proposal and asking what 
problem we are trying to solve.  I don't recall seeing that discussed or 
answered.
