a new draft, with changes resolved in the Task Force meeting for sections 7.2.3.1 Wide Review and 7.7.1 Errata Management is now available - https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/AB/raw-file/2595a57b2d52/cover.html

Latest version (for now this one, dated 21 January) is at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/AB/raw-file/default/cover.html

The detailed changeset seems to have a bug in what it is recording, but it is noted at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/AB/ and there is a changelog in the drafts designed to be read by normal people.
