List of Issue in the Revising the W3C Process Tracket that are Not Currently viewed as being In Scope for the Process Document TF

The attached HTML file is a table of all the Issues on the Revising the W3C Process CG that seem out of scope for the Process Document TF. Some consideration should be given to how these issues should be resolved. They are distinct enough that no single approach seems to be practical. Some of the issues are in areas that have traditionally been in the scope of the Team or in subgroups of the Team. Others seem suitable for Member initiatives. The Chair of Revising the W3C Process CG would need to rule on these issues. (Recall the Process Document TF and the Revising the W3C Process CG are sharing the same mailing lists and issue tracker.)

The Revising the W3C Process issues that are still Open or Raised and seem amenable to solution by the Process Document TF have been sent in a separate e-mail
