Happy reminder that the world is more varied than the stereotypes day.

There are now no open or raised issues on chapter 7 - they are all closed
or pending review, as per
http://www.w3.org/community/w3process/track/products/1
As far as I can tell there are no outstanding review emails that I haven't
answered.
The extensive review people have given is appreciated. Hopefully we are
about ready to close all the issues and integrate the chapter as a "Last
Call" for a new process document.
(There are other parts of the process that need changing…)
