Hi folks, there is a new draft available at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/AB/raw-file/3c4bc56ce16b/cover.html As always, detailed changes are at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/AB/ Coordination groups are gone, along with some vestigial remnants of Good Standing rules, and I cleaned up the description of the Director in line with the resolution of the last meeting (although I cannot find the minutes from that meeting ;( ).
