Re: Overall structure of the W3C

Thanks mark for that clear set of questions. I agree that AB should analyse it, and come back with a  view. Nevertheless some of the elements have already been share among w3c members, with respect to financial aspects and team workload. The only question left aside during discussions  (as far as I remember) is the one related to multi- hosting. Lets see what AB can do about it.

I tend to agree with Mark on the above.

I agree that it bears examination. I think the unique structure of W3C (the multi-host model) has both positives and negatives. I suggest approaching this from the perspective of fixing the negatives. Too much tinkering at one time could have unintended consequences.
