See the paragraph after the list of requirements at https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/AB/raw-file/default/tr.html#transition-reqs The requirement is to get Director's Approval to advance. For FPWD that's normally delegated and handled by email. For LCCR it's likely to only be given after a transition call. This hasn't changed, but the new proposed draft actually explains it. cheers chaals -- Charles McCathie Nevile - Consultant (web standards) CTO Office, Yandex chaals@yandex-team.ru Find more at http://yandex.com
