   jim: rewrote earlier workshop proposal

   debbie: possible workshop goals "Define voice
   interoperability", "Identify existing efforts working toward
   voice interoperability", and "barriers to voice
   interoperability".

   . change "loanability" to "findability"

   debbie: let's remove "underlying technologies"

   . let's take out the hybrid TV example
   . include deliverables in possible topics

   ulrike: oneM2M is creating an IoT standard

   jim: will make changes that we've talked about

   debbie: should include accessibility people and voice
   interaction CG

   jim: could also send the proposal to Jeff Jaffe

   ulrike: my company is getting involved with the Open Voice
   Network
   . would like to have Dirk or Debbie explain document
   . it would be ideal if Dirk could explain
