From the modeling perspective, it's fine. However, at one point you may want to help the search engine to spot which single image you want to see in a rich snippet / rich caption (should that be added). One solution is to embed the first image into the Product type tree and attach the other ones via itemref. I suspect that search engines will, in case of doubt, give priority to the entity within the tree.
