RE: Process Question

I was going to start with US-based publishers, organizations and digital
and print comic retailers.  It makes sense to reach out to those groups,
though, so I'll try and figure out who to contact there.

 

What is the best way to gather comments - send people to the original
draft post on the archive? (sorry for the questions, new to the
process).

Will you be collecting international comments ? such as from Japanese
publishers and also organizations such as Japan's Digital Comics
Association (DCA)  ?
