Event URL

Hello,

Google Rich Snippets Testing Tool reports:

> Warning: Event urls are pointing to a different domain than the base url.

Yes, I know; thank you testing tool.

But, is there further significance to this warning?  Is using an off-domain
URL as the @URL for Event forbidden?  Are there consequences, or is this
just a friendly warning?
