There was a hiccup with the new code path, which was fixed in the second run of the system. Ivan, a W3C-styled HTML file is generated by the LLM based on the raw transcript and is included with each email to the mailing list (towards the top of the transcript, after the summary). Here's the link from yesterday: > HTML: https://meet.w3c-ccg.org/archives/w3c-ccg-vcwg-spec-refinement-2025-10-13.html My expectation is that you will check that file into the W3C VCWG repo as the official record, while the other files remain on the CCG infrastructure as backups. The CCG archive is backed up on a nightly basis, and we don't delete what's in the archive (ever), but as you probably know and agree -- these are VCWG meetings and thus at least the transcript should be housed/saved on something W3C Staff controls. We can fine tune all of this over the next few weeks/months. I do expect corner cases, as with most LLMs, no two runs are the same... but for now, everything seems to be working for our upcoming Spec Refinement call on Thursday. -- manu -- Manu Sporny - https://www.linkedin.com/in/manusporny/ Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. https://www.digitalbazaar.com/
