Manu Sporny: This is a test of the W3C verifiable credentials working group
specification refinement call infrastructure. The infrastructure is
designed to start when the editors of a specification being worked on at
the VCWG join the call. The infrastructure will automatically start
recording both video and audio and we'll start a transcription. after the
call the transcription will be summarized and published at links on the web
that are accessible to anyone. there will be multiple files that are
published. the first is a video recording of the meeting. The second is a
text transcription both in raw text as well as markdown format.

Manu Sporny: and then the final thing will be an HTML file that follows the
W3C transcription format. that file will be broken up into sections by the
artificial intelligence that is recording the session following the format.
links will be provided for each topic. there will be up to eight topics
listed. all the attendees will be listed. and each topic will be broken
down in the minutes just like they are today. that HTML file is also linked
to when the minutes are sent out.

Manu Sporny: the archive infrastructure will also send an email to the
verifiable credentials mailing list with a summary of the discussion for
the day the topics that were covered and a raw log of the transcription
including links to the text version of the transcription, the markdown
version of the transcription and audio recording of the transcription. it
is up to W3C staff to the HTML file from the link provided to W3C
infrastructure. all other recordings will be stored on the credentials
community group infrastructure in perpetuity. it doesn't delete any of the
recordings.

Meet. whoever is running the meeting typically the lead editor of the
specification will call on people and go in order of the raised hands or
whatever the editor decides the order should be. any decisions made on the
specification refinement calls are not final. they will usually lead to
issues being addressed, pull requests being raised and discussed.

recommendation or those sorts of things will require meeting a verifiable
credential working group meeting to happen. the rest of the work mode will
be discussed on the first call that is coming up this Thursday. again a
reminder this is only a test call to test out the meeting infrastructure.
