We could take a resolution to move on at the next VCWG meeting, if that's what you mean? In any case, yes, we should move on. There seemed to be broad agreement on the current set of work items in the charter, with priorities set during W3C TPAC, certainly to the point that we could send an "advanced charter under development" email to the AC and then hopefully a vote shortly thereafter. I expect Brent and Phil will be in touch with you about the details. Yes, before the holidays (early Dec) would be good to get this done and out there for review, with hopefully the vote happening in January.
