Moving vc-di-bbs forward: editorial and authoring help

Hi all, I’ve filed an issue <https://github.com/w3c/vc-di-bbs/issues/93> 
on a straight forward approach to move forward with applying BBS to 
verifiable credentials (use JSON pointers for mandatory and selective 
disclosure, and reuse the selective disclosure primitives in the 
vc-di-ecdsa specification). I’ve created a PR 
<https://github.com/w3c/vc-di-bbs/pull/94> that is fairly comprehensive 
on this (follows the form of the ECDSA-SD approach) and includes test 
vectors.

I’m willing to help out as an editor on this specification to keep 
things moving.
