Face to Face in Miami

Greetings WG Participants,


This is an update about the upcoming VCWG face to face meeting in Miami.

Dates: 14 - 16 February, 9am-5pm

Location: 78 SW 7th Street, Miami Fl 33130
WeWork location- Microsoft

The chairs and editors are developing the agenda. We expect to be able to share that next week.

We are planning a group activity for the afternoon of the 15th. We anticipate the cost to be no more than $40. Please indicate on the attendee signup sheet whether you would like to be included in the activity.

We have a sponsor that we believe will cover lunches, but will let participants know if we end up needing to pass along any costs for that.

Coffee and sodas are provided by the room. If anyone can sponsor snacks, please contact the chairs.
