Re: Merging git history for jws-2020

I've done it several times.

Most recently when merging the did method registry from the w3c ccg into
the did spec registry in the did wg.

I just need permission from the group to proceed, I assume we want to
preserve the history of the suite and the contributors who helped move it
along prior to the vc wg.
