Consider this official notice that on our 23 July teleconference we may be
ready to, and may take, a vote on publication of the Verifiable Credentials
Data Model specification as either another limited-reissue Candidate
Recommendation (if required by W3C) or as Proposed Recommendation (if
not).  Please attend if at all possible.
