F2F: VCWG F2F March 4-5 in Barcelona

The Working Group decided today to hold a face-to-face meeting March 4-5 in
Barcelona immediately following "Rebooting the Web of Trust 8" (
https://www.weboftrust.info/).

We are working on the logistics (venue, etc.) but you can go ahead and make
flight reservations.  We will send additional details as we have them.
