I am a former Board Chair of PESC (Post-Secondary Electronic Standards Council). PESC has the high school and higher education XML transcript standards. We are currently working to finalize a JSON-LD version of the higher education transcript to facilitate compatibility with VCs. We hope to work on the high school transcript in the near future. Hi all!

I have a couple of questions related to creating a transcript as a VC, and would love your feedback. If anyone has already made an example, it would be great if you could share.
What we are going for is a flexible VC that can hold an achievement, but with multiple results represented. And these result objects have different values and potentially different data fields.
Im starting with some general questions

What are some pitfalls to consider when representing a transcript as a VC?
Are there any contexts that suit well to represent a transcript, in your opinion?
Any examples you want to share from your ecosystem?

Continuing with some specifics.

We have tried the open badge 3.0 data model https://purl.imsglobal.org/spec/ob/v3p0/context.json, but have two data objects from our clients that does not fit. One is Category, which represents the importance of a course/result in its group, with values as 'mandatory' | 'core' | 'complementary' | 'specialization'
Also there is no option of dating a specific result, so that one can see when the result was given.

All this does live under one achievement tagged COP,CIU,DIU.

If I get a couple of specific people interessted to discuss this, I can share more details. Just wanting to avoid sharing examples given to us with the whole wide world :)
