Re: ISOC-IL representative in the URI CG

I'm still interested in opinions on this matter.
I gather the original message caught some of you
at a bad time, so here it is again.

Please do reply. I don't think we
need a teleconference to discuss this, but I
do need at least a few explicit replies.
