Subject: Editors draft of Synchronization Accessibility User Requirements (SAUR) available

Hi Nigel,

[+ APA chairs and Research Questions leadership]

I hope that you are well. We are happy to give you a heads up that we
have an editors draft available of 'Synchronization Accessibility User
Requirements' (SAUR).
We hope this is of use to the Timed-Text group and we welcome your
feedback and thoughts.

https://raw.githack.com/w3c/apa/main/saur/

We also want to offer you and the group, the offer of a session at at
TPAC to discuss the document and any other related news and developments
since we all last met.
This is suggested only as a 'if useful to Timed Text' so feel free to
say no if not helpful!

Either way we do look forward to discussing, and any feedback. Please do
let us know if you are in a session or at TPAC, one way or another.

Any questions let me know, thanks.

Josh
