Re: Agenda items re: CR exit criteria

Actually, we have not yet moved the information from the temporary spread
sheet on google docs [1] to the final resting place for the IR [2], which
has not been updated since we started using the former. I expect to move
this data to [2] over the next week or so, at which point we can add
descriptive information.
