Re: [ttml1] ESH Additions?

Thanks. I propose they be deleted from the ttml1 repo since they were never
part of the TTML1 test suite as documented by prior implementation reports
and since I am unaware (and unable to verify) that they were ever reviewed
or what their provenance is.
