Good morning/evening,

I have prepared a CR branch at [1] for TTML1 3ED, and created a PR [2]
for the purposes of tracking comments against it.

Two PRs [3] are outstanding, both editorial in nature.

Two issues (#311 and # 203) are shown as outstanding. I believe both
can/should be deferred. Both are editorial, and require a level of
effort and risk that does not seem entirely worth it at this point.

Since there are no substantive issues remaining, I recommend the group
issue this Thursday a CfC to publish the TTML1 3ED CR in two weeks.
