palemieux has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml1: == tts:zIndex does not specify the root container zIndex value when "auto" is not specified == Section 8.2.25 specifies that _the semantics of the value auto are those defined by [XSL 1.1], ยง 7.30.18, where the tt element is considered to establish the root stacking context_. Does the `tt` element establish the stacking context even when `tts:zIndex` is not `auto`? What is the computed `tts:zIndex` value for the root container? Does a region with `tts:zIndex < 0` appear underneath the root container? Please view or discuss this issue at https://github.com/w3c/ttml1/issues/241 using your GitHub account
