skynavga has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2: == Issue 0096 date time == Add wallclock-time form for time-expression syntax, allowing explicit dates; however, do not support explicit time zone offsets since ``ttp:clockMode`` already implicitly selects time zone that applies to time expressions.
