AS it should be our final WD, all sections should be stable.

Are there areas of particular concern for review?

Yes, only the new features introduced in TTML2.

TTML is a large spec. We'd like to start early.

I recall that the review of TTML 1.0 took a while.

That s why focussing only n the new TTML2 features should reduced the 
size of the spec to review.
