palemieux has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/imsc: == Add IMSC roadmap document == Per [TTWG Meeting 2016-04-14](https://www.w3.org/2016/04/14-tt-minutes.html), this PR proposes a IMSC roadmap document to be hosted at http://www.w3.org/TR/ttml-imsc-versions/. As discussed, this would allow each published revision of IMSC to point to both: - the most recent revision of this version of IMSC (through the usual "Latest version" link) - a list of all versions of IMSC (through a link to the roadmap document) See https://github.com/w3c/imsc/pull/176
