Hi all,

I have added  test cases for IMSC1 [1], with the intent of covering
all features introduced by IMSC1.

As suggested earlier, it would be good to have more details on the
test cases provided by DECE, e.g. it looks like
Solekai022_854_29_640x75_MaxSdSubtitle_v7_subtitles might be
exercising the limits of the HRM. I recommend composing a brief
liaison to DECE requesting additional details.
