A profile of TTML for internet delivery of Captions originated in the United States
W3C Working Group Note 05 February 2013
---------------------------
Good day people. This is my second and last letter to you. First, I want to thank
Glenn Adams and Nigel Megitt, they were both very helfull but it didn't solve my problem.
Now I put comlite demo for download. There one subtitle which even passed ttml
validator but still don't play over internet. Simple unzip to same folder and start html
from local disk just to see that all three captions works just fine (and look very nice, indeed).
I have demo with same video but subtitles in vtt format (karaoke style) and Microsoft Internet
Explorer version 11 works with them and will show two lines of text (without any formating).
But when it comes to ttml subtitles which IE 11 is only browser that supported it then nothing.
Please can someone put this demo on server located in US and notify me does it works.
Is it problem in server location, server configuration or it is some kind of restriction in IE 11
for subtitles in ttml format oer internet. Thank you in advance.

kind regards, nino from Croatia
