All, We resolved in Geneva [1] to adopt the 2014 W3C Process [2]. As per the Process Transition 2015 wiki page [3] this was superseded by the 2015 Process on 2015-09-01. However we are formally only recommended by [3] to adopt the 2015 process: > Any group who was publishing under the 2014 Process should start >publishing under the 2015 Process as of 1 September 2015. As you can see from [3] the list of changes is minimal and highly unlikely to have any impact on our operating procedures in the Timed Text Working Group. However I would like to resolve our status with regards to the 2015 Process and therefore I propose to adopt the 2015 Process across all of the group's in-development publications. Please respond with any objections - if none are received then this will become a Resolution according to our Decision Policy on Friday 18th December 2015.
