FYI 'wide review', message from the field

Hi

the guys at Kaltura said I could forward this. They have implementations of both TTML (DFXP) and VTT, and interestingly have the translation working (and open-sourced). This helps us in two ways, I think: evidence of implementation and use, and source code that does the conversion.

Alas, they are too small to be able to get involved in standards work, but I think we can still thank them for this, and supporting captioning and media accessibility.

At the moment, they have no particular feedback on the specs, but obviously they have read and implemented them.
