Agenda will arrive later than normal due to travel commitments. It won't be a surprise to regular attendees but will include a Change Proposal review section.

Change Proposals. Please could all group members ensure that issues that they wish to progress in our upcoming recommendations (TTML2, IMSC) are present in an open Change Proposal [1]; check that the CP is well-formed as per the description on the index page, e.g. if it's unassigned, take ownership of that Change Proposal, check it has the right issues from the tracker present, and that any description of proposed change is on the relevant CP wiki page etc.

As discussed in the past 2 meetings we will prioritise discussion of changes based on the CPs.
