TTWG meetings upcoming

All,

We have teleconferences booked for 19th Dec, 26th Dec and 2nd Jan. I will be unable to attend on 26th Dec and 2nd Jan and suspect that most others will be unable to attend due to it being holiday season so I propose to cancel those and restart our weekly meeting schedule on 9th Jan. However next week, 19th Dec, will depend on attendance.

Please could you let me know by response to this email (can be off list to keep the noise to a minimum) if you will attend on Thursday 19th Dec, responses by end of Tuesday 17th? I will confirm if the meeting is going ahead by sending out the agenda or cancellation notice on Wednesday 18th.
