RE: new tts:padding tests

here are newer tts:padding tests, using regions and following your advice as illustrated in the test suite.  let me know if problems.

But the text area would need to be big enough to fill the box. It seems
easier to add textAlign to me.

I changed the video on the test suite to add the DFXP colors and each
color is 10px wide. This will help knowing if the padding is correct or
not. (but it does make for a pretty ugly video :)
