Hi all, Due to a lot of us being either super busy, either already on holidays, we’ve held a TREE CG meeting with only Sander Van Dooren and I. Nevertheless it has been very productive. * We got a new version of the spec out ratifying minor changes we’ve done together in a read-through session * We decided on*dates for the 8 next TREE CG meetings* in 2024. The invites were sent out to the mailing list. Please do check whether they get added to your schedules. If this wouldn’t be the case, they’re at 14 CET, always on a Wednesday: the 10th and 24th of January, the 7th of February, the 6st of March, the 3d of April, the 24th of April, the 22d of May and the 19th of June - on the usual link that has been added to all invites. * We have been discussing ViewDescriptions, the link to DCAT-AP, the difference between Distribution and DataService, ... and of course the long standing issue on graph vs. search trees. We have made great progress there that Sander and I will present on the 12th TREE CG meeting - If you feel adventurous, you can try to decode our slide notes taken during our brainstorm: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1jOexO8yxLmF4EZ-U3yw8SFwd-wlDtlOpuxjB5QiTmys/edit#slide=id.g2a8951be925_0_38 - The gist: we would only allow search trees from now on, with the backwards compatible caveat that you MUST prune backlinks of 1 deep, so we can still support double linked lists.
