Dear TPWG, here are some notes. We reviewed Mike's text proposal: https://w3c.github.io/dnt/drafts/purposes-snapshotmay2018.html We onserved that the used bit-vectors are similar to cookies (except that they are only sent with DNT;0). I.e. sending cookies only if DNT;0 is sent may be similar. We agreed to publish two documents as Notes: - The final CR version; with editorial updates - An "Addenum" that documents further issues/considerations/design options Mike will create an Addenum that documents the current options for introducing purposes.
