I'd recommend you use language that is a bit more cautious and avoids speaking to absolutes: For example: "We believe that the emerging EU privacy regulations will impact cookiehandling and tracking. We also believe that our recommendations could simplify compliance." Would become: "We believe that the emerging EU privacy regulations may impact cookiehandling and tracking.
